TPG router auto restarts every 1-2 minutes

Hey,

For a couple of days now, my TPG router auto restarts every 1-2 minutes. I have tried unplugging it and also restarted it manually multiple times but still the same issue.

Could you please advice how to solve the problem,

Hi @asdfasdf, welcome to TPG Community!

You can try to do a hard reset. Look for the small RESET button at the back then push and hold it down until the modem reboots. 

If the issue persists, you can send us a private message with your customer ID or username and we can look into replacing your modem or check any possible line issue.
