TPLINK advise that TPG would need to proivde the firmware update for my router.

Can you please let me know the latest firmware release I can run?

May we know the current firmware version of your modem? The new modem that we've been providing our customers has the latest firmware.

We'd like to check if you received a modem with the older version or not.

Is this the latest version?
