TPLink Archer VR1600v wired/wireless devices unable to connect to wireless devices

I have two Windows 11 laptops both connected to the same Wi-Fi network in my home via an Archer VR1600v router. Both can browse the Internet without any problems. Neither can see each other. Each replies to the other when pinged but with "Destination host unreachable". I have also tried to connect to the Wireless devices from a wired connection but that doesn't work either. Of course, it doesn't make a difference if the wireless devices are using static or dynamic IPs. I can only connect to devices that are connected via ethernet.

Importantly, AP Isolation is disabled.

How can I allow wired/wireless clients to connect to wireless clients?

Hi @captainfun . Do search on    windows 11 icmp

There are hits for control panel settings and Windows security.

There may be extra steps to get sharing to work.

Thanks for the tip.

I've also tried turning off the firewall during my testing and that unfortunately doesn't help. Smiley Sad
