The 5G modem dispatch takes forever

I was placed order to subscribe 5G Home Broadband and was told the hardware will dispatch to me shortly. However, it was 5 days after my order placed, the TPG customer dashboard still show the 5G hardware dispatch still not complete.

 

Can someone check for me?
