Hi @Elleam86 . The home phone only works on a router provided by TPG. It has modified firmware for their VOIP server. The VR400 has no VOIP hardware anyhow.
To set up internet access:
Go to Advanced > Operation Mode, select the DSL Modem Router Mode, and click Save.

Telephone cable goes to DSL port.
