I've been trying to connect my new asus router to the NBN modem but it's not picking up the internet connection. I've looked at similar posts for solutions and tried those but still no luck. Any advice is appreciated.
Hi @Adrian_22 . Looking at the PPPoE picture, the username and password is your account username (with @tpg.com.au on the end) and password. You found the VLAN ID section ok.
