UNI-D port indicator has no light, router could not connect to WAN

Dear Sir/Madam,

It has been more than a week the NBN connection box only has power and optical indicator light, while the ethernet cable is connected to router, the router still could not connect to WAN. Besides, when I tried to restart the NBN connection box, I can see the UNI-D port light but soonly disappear when the optical light turn on.

When all is well at the NBN box, the power light is solid green, the optical light is flashing green (all Ok up to here), and UNi-D1 light amber, flashing occasionally.

No, it does not blink at all, and the router just have no access to internet too!
