I was able to connect my printer via NBN network before. Since moving into 5G the printer is not able to connect to the 5G. the printer can detect the 5G modem but connection failed.

How do solve this problem?

Thanks

Hi @seanhoe11045g

Our community users found a work-around to utilise the devices not able to connect using our supplied 5G modme/router. You may use the old router and use it's Wi-Fi network to connect your devicecs/printers then disables AP isolation on Sagemcom.

Check this article below for more details.

Hi @seanhoe11045g . Use this link:

Basically, configure old router as Dynamic IP (instead of PPPoE). Connect its WAN port to LAN port on Sagemcom. Disable whichever wifi band is not used by your printer to reduce interference (unless you want to connect other wifi devices).

Strangely enough, other users have had all their wifi devices working with Sagemcom, but have had some of them suddenly stop working. Some think TPG updated the firmware and introduced a bug.

@Shane . Don't put full stop at the end of URL when you provide them.
