Hi there,

We are a company using NBN Business FTTB XXL Bundle Fast Plan near Wynyard, Sydney. Recently we found the internet speed is not that great. Could you please advise should we change our current router or upgrade our current plan?

If you need more information, please let me know.

Kind regards,

Ron

Hi @Wispac, thanks for providing the account details via PM. We have checked the status of your connection and we are not detecting any fault on the line or network that may affect the service at the moment.

When you say that the speed is not that great, have you checked it here: https://www.speedtest.net/ ?

If not, would it be possible for you to run a speed test using only one device connected via ethernet cable or Wi-Fi and provide us the speed test result?

Hi,

Please see the speedtest report as attached. We suppose the speed should be at leat 50Mbps.

Could you please advise the available options to solve the issue? Like change the router if applicable?

Really appreciate your support.

Kind regards,

Ron
