Thanks for raising this to us. The VoIP feature of our supplied modem/router is locked on TPG's network, I suggest to get a 3rd party modem/rotuer with VoIP feature so you setup your Telstra Business connect application and we highly suggest to contact the support to avoid mistroubleshooting.
