Have you been advised that the TPG connection is active?
@hanakz . What type of NBN connection do you have?
What lights are lit on the NBN box?
Do a factory reset and re-do setup.

I've managed to locate your account and can confirm that your service is already active.
If you have received or has been provided a TPG supplied router, you may want to try setting that up first to confirm that the service is working.
