WPA3 and AES for WPA2

Is there a plan to upgrade the HG659 for WPA3 or better WPA2?

Does TPG offer a better later modem replacement or can you recommend a supported replacement I could purchase? I'm after better range and speed.

You have the option to purchase a third party modem, however, the phone service will not work since the SIP settings are embedded in the special firmware of the modem that we provide.

There's no information about the said update @peterred.

Any third party modem/router will work with our service as long as they are compatible with your service technology.

You may search online or via Google for the modem/routers that will be compatible with your service.
