My internet wireless isn’t working again can I have some help the payment went through of course and yet again the internet isn’t working ????

What's the light status of the modem/router?

I have done all of then none of it has worked not sure why just want my internet to work as this has happened again and I’ve been paying for such ** internet that has barely even worked
