Can you try setting VLAN ID = 2 for internet.
What type of nbn connection do you have? What lights are lit on nbn box?
Do you have the TPG supplied router and does it still connect to internet? You can compare its settings with your new router. Your new one might not work with TPG.
Hi @huishuli
Welcome to the Community!
We've checked the device and understand that it is a router only device. It will work if the technology you have is NBN FTTP (Fibre to the premises) and Fixed wireless, given that you can set the VLAN ID of it to 2, it may work with NBN HFC (Hybrid fibre to coaxial) and FTTC (Fibre to the curb).
You may check the modem/router setup guide here: New Connection Setup Help
If you are having problems configuring the device, please contact the device manufacturer for further assistance.

Hi @huishuli
It will give you a hint on what you need to configure your device.
Means type of connection (PPPoE), then what username and password to use, etc.
Once you know this information, you may check the manual of your device to configure it.
