how do I cancel for my internet service?

 

there is no contract, and  I should back to my country soon. 

 

could you please cancel, my account?

I contacted account team on today. 

 

They said, will close my account.

We will need to receive a written cancellation notice in order for your request to progress, @umjee111

 

I would highly recommend to reply to the email directly to finalise the disconnection of your service.
