My email is not working

Welcome to the Community!

 

Are you using your TPG Mail account or a third party mail account?

Was it working fine before? Are you using an email client or the webmail?

 

What are the troubleshooting that you've done so far? Any error message received?

 

Please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to assist you accordingly.

Cureently on ADSL.....emails not working AGAIN.  

This is almost a daily problem with TPG.

Unable to log in. Receive an 'atmail' error.

This same problem has been reoccurring for many many months.

Any chance TPG can fix the issue PERMANENTLY or are they happy to just lose customers ?

Sad to learn that you're having email issues, we suggest to raise this directly to our postmaster to get real-time update and assessment, you may send an email to postmaster@tpg.com.au

What a waste of time contacting the Postmaster.

Answer : The problem is with the server. When our Engineers tell us what is happening we will let you know.

Been like it for weeks.  Just an absolutely terrible email system.

Strangely enough TPG on their own Service Status Page says "no reported issues" for email.  What a load of rubbish.

Why cant TPG just be honest with their customers.

Time for an NBN quote with Telstra.

Send us your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file also include the affected E-mail address) so we can chase this with our Postmaster.

My email is   xxxx@tpg.com.au     i.d. xxxxx

I would prefer not to put my residential address on a public forum, but TPG has access to it via my account.

Problems still exist.  Postmaster tells me it is a server problem....no known date to be fixed.

I still have massive problems accessing emails.  Usually receive an  error message of

"Server cannot read....connection closed"  This is on an ATmail heading.

I feel that after 20 years as a TPG customer I deserve better than this.

Would appear to be a waste of time complaining here, nobody is interested.

Postmaster no longer responds to me. Only one response to emails from Jerico.

I will lodge a complaint with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman.

New error messages received now :

Error Message - Server cannot read or move files - connection closed

What a wonderful organisation TPG has become.

Some TPG customers were unable to login to Post Office between 10:03 to 10:35 PM SYD last night. The issue has been resolved; hence, you must able to access your email service. Apologies for the inconvenience.
