modem does not power up

After some four years, our NBN FTTB modem (TP-Link Archer VR1600v Ver:1.0)
has stopped working and does not power up at all, despite many attempts
to restart it. Does that mean this modem would have to be replaced by TPG?

Hi @amba, 

Most modems even non-TPG supplied ones normally has 1 year warranty.

Send in your TPG account details via private message (Customer ID/username) so we can check options in getting you a modem.
