Where can I buy a new modem, cannot find a physical or online shop ,have a vr1600 and its been dropping out for a long time, sick and tired of trying to contact TPG on the phone.

I purchased an Archer VR2100V and set it up ok but did not realise at the time it would not work with the land line only internet.

You are right. The bundled VoIP will not work on any third party modem/router.
