my HW658 router, we need to change to wpa2 aes or wpa3 security type, goto hw home gateway and type the default username and pasword, does not work. don't think have change the default password previously . Please help?!

Welcome to the Community!

The username and password for the modem interface is case sensitive.

If you are typing the correct or default credentials and it still did not work, then you might need to factory reset the modem/router.

Performing this will reset the changes that you've made and needs to be configured again.
