5G Internet No Connection

Hi @Sunnie

 

We did not detect any fault or outage within the network.

 

What troubleshooting have you tried so far? What's the light status of the modem/router?

Hi Basil

I tried :
1. turning off the modem for 10seconds and plugged back in
2. Pulled out the LAN cable and put back in.
3. Logged into the modem 192.168.1.1 to see the status. It shows connected
4. Tried Wifi connection on all mobile phones and tablets, none worked

Are you currently home? We've checked the account and it shows that you've contacted our Tech team earlier and was not able to proceed with the troubleshooting since you weren't home.

Yes I did ring to check if there is any outage again. I am home now

No internet at all .. both LAN and WiFi isn’t working
