5G Internet - Unstable connection to internet

Hi, 

I have a 5G modem and the internet connection drops off regularly throughout the day. It has a strong signal (usually all 4 bars) and no issues staying connected to my laptop. It's just the internet connection that drops out. Seems to last 10 minutes to an hour and then comes back.
