Get online support
Hi,
Just trying to connect my NetGear AC1200 Wifi Router (Model R6120) in replacment of the TPG Router (moved house and TPG Router got smashed along the way). Followed all instructions but not connecting to the internet.
Any ideas?

We are unable to see any information that your router supports or can be configured to have a VLAN ID 2.
If you are able to find this information, please set the VLAN ID = 2, then configure the router via PPPoE and make sure that the correct TPG username and password is inserted.
If you are unable to see any options to set a VLAN ID on your router, please contact Netgear support for further guidance.
