ASUS RT-AX82U

Hi, I just recently bought the Asus RT-AX82U and I'm having trouble connecting it to the NBN. I have fibre to the node, I've tried changing the VID to 2 with no luck. I've change the username name to contain @TPG.com.au. Is there anything else I can try?

Hi @TS2T . If you are on FTTN, the Asus AX82U has no RJ11 port to connect to the telephone wall socket. The Asus has to connect to an NBN box using ethernet cable.

@TS2T . You might be able to on-sell it, or return/exchange it if you still need a router.

This iiNet article has a selection of routers for FTTN and shows how to set VLAN ID=2.
