I had an NBN FTTC installation 2 days ago. The NBN device is showing all the lights blue, but the router sent by TPG does not connect. I have tried different channels to communicate, but apparently nobody is looking my case at all. I already spoke at least with 2 people on the phone (after waiting 2 hours in both cases!!!) and at least 2 on the chat as well. The chat says they will redirect me to the case manager and nothing happens!!! What should I do now? The whole country is progressing to a lock down and I cannot have internet thankfully for TPG!

exact same thing for me! I wish I had seen all of these issues before I started my application.
Did they try to schedule a technician for you? i have not heard from tpg about a technician
Nothing so far, and the online chat doesn't help much. Always I have a promise someone is gonna call, but it didn't happen.
