Hi, I just called TPG today and signed up for an NB connection. No where was I asked what would be my start date and have now got an email that my connection is ready to use but I do not move into the property untill 27th May. How do I avoid paying for my plan from today and ensure it only starts on 27th May?

TPG is a prepaid service; your initial payment is comprised of an installation fee and your 1st month fee. The installation process begins as soon as we receive these specified funds from the customer.


Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to move your billing cycle but I will check for other options available. 


Furthermore, the modem has been attempted to be delivered today however since no one is available to receive it, it will be returned to the nearest Post Office and you will have an option to pick it up. If not picked up after 10days, it will be returned back to us.


I will send you the consignment number via private message so you can also track the status of the equipment.
