Cable error 8180

Been on NBN through TPG for a couple of years with minimal issues. Tonight I decided to reset my Huawei router and suddenly started getting “This connection is not private” messages on my phone when accessing any website. Checked the router admin site and I see ‘cable error 8180’ as the reason my internet is down.

Tried restarting. Tried a new cable. Nothing is working. Please help!
