I have reieced my NBN modem but have not had an installer come out.
As now we are delf isolating, is it possible to set it up myself and have tech support call me and do it over the phone?
You need a wifi router from TPG.
And a NBN connection device (depending on the type of NBN). What type of NBN?
And a message from TPG saying you should connect it all up.
And they should send instructions.
Well I have the modem router but now cannot get in contact with TPG
I don't have any access into TPG's admin. They should contact you (sms probably) when you should connect.
TPG has produced this help information.
There is know way to contact TPG.
Am I wrong?
