I'm not picking up the NBN NCD when I ran my test. I have requested for our Provisioning Team to investigate and requested for someone to call you back later on today with an update.

I tried again, but it didn't work. The connection light is still blue and blinking.

We understand that our NBN Provisioning case managers were able to get in touch and reserved an NBN technician that will help with the installation/activation of your NBN service.
