Hello,

I am trying to connect a new modem to the NBN of my new home. I have tried the settings shown in figures , and received an email said NBN service active, but I still cannot connect to the Internet. My modem model is D-Link Python DSL-2888A AC1600, and the plan is NBN FTTB Broadband SL Bundle 100. Can anyone help? thanks.

Hi @mkuy5566 . Phone cable goes to DSL port?

Is the DSL light on? (Rightmost on panel.)

Can you try:

Vlan priority-enable and set to value 0.

@mkuy5566 . One of your pictures has the ADSL filter connected. It is not used with NBN.

The Internet/DSL screen in router shows you the line speed on the telephone line connection. The speed test on TPG support page shows overall throughput.
