Cannot dial out on home phone

Hi,

we cannot make external calls from our home phone.

the NBN was connected on Saturday.

how long will it take to be rectified?

Hi @Geofbreen1,

 

Can you confirm if you are plugging your handset into port 1 on the back of your modem/router?

 

I have checked your voip Registration and it is showing registered. It should be up and running.
