Welcome to the community!

We're able to locate your account using your community details and we're able to confirmed that the modem/router has been shipped currently in transit. This only means that the shipping address cannot be change.

I sent you the consignment number via PM.

Hi, I just received my order dispatch number (modem delivery), but I'm not currently at the address where the service will be installed.  How can I change my delivery address?

Hi @elrico , please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, username and complete address so we can pull up the account and look into this.
