How do I private message (PM) in the community
I have just been sent a connection box to set up a new NBN connection. The modem is all lit up except the internet but the connection box does not light up at all. I know the powerpoints & phone line are ok cause I have just disconnected ADSL. I have switched off and on and tried reset with paper clip in reset hole. No lights at all! Should I request a new connection box?
