Connection transfer

Hi
I have relocated to adelaide from Sydney and applied for connection transfer. I have received the moden and technician also visited my property and set up everything. Though my connection is not yet transferred. It is more than 2 weeks now. My connection is still activated on my old address. Need help on it asap.

I do have new app. But it is really hard to contact anyone. I am trying to chat with someone from the last 1 week but i never connects. Always asks me to try later. It is very frustrating.

Our NBN portal says there is an active NBN-HFC 12/1 service @ 5070.

I can see the NTD is up.

 

You will need to make sure it is all setup correctly.

You may need to manually configure your modem with your username/password.

Another mod noticed you may be using the wrong account password in your modem.

You should re-check your logins.

 

You can confirm your account details by logging into the online web mail for the easiest way.

Yeah thats correct. Today NDT was setup. But the technician himself advised us to contact tpg as internet was not on.

No. We are not using wrong password but it is not showing the internet light on modem.
