Our NBN portal says there is an active NBN-HFC 12/1 service @ 5070.
I can see the NTD is up.
You will need to make sure it is all setup correctly.
You may need to manually configure your modem with your username/password.

Another mod noticed you may be using the wrong account password in your modem.
You should re-check your logins.
You can confirm your account details by logging into the online web mail for the easiest way.
