Connection transferred to new property

Hi,
Have just recieved modem with set up instructions but no NBN Connection Device ? Previous house tenant did not leave anything behind. Should we be expecting a tech to come out or?
Please advise, thanks

NBN service relocation is the same with standard installation progress. 
 

We did an article that you may find helpful,  this will guide you on how to track your NBN service installation. How to track your TPG service installation

 

Once the NBN service installation is complete you may proceed on setting up the equipment or the modem/router. You may check this guide.

 

New Connection Setup Help

 

In this particular case, we've seen that the service is installation is not yet complete, updates in regards with the appointment will be provided via SMS or Phone call.

its been 15 days.. moved house ..!
chat support doesn’t work...!
have to wait for hrs and hrs to get connected and then they transfer it to someone else... then agian wait for hrs and the chat gets closed...
moving charges has been deducted 15 days ago , but still i am without internet.!
tpg u better give the money back or start my internet service..!
been with tpg for 9 years... not a single staff of urs know how to fix the problem..! they just transfer one to another...! i am sick of chat support..!
is there anyone from tpg support team who can reply ..?
