Get online support

Currently upgrading FTTN to FTTP, installation 9days & we have lost our current connection. Is this normal?

It wsa certainly not my experience. Best thing I've done for ages. I'm sure mods will help sort out your case

Thank you. We are still out. At least one of us relies on it for work…. I hope they fix very all . Not happy.

Hi - I lodged a fault through the app but had no action. Rang them and had it sorted on the phone - was a complete reset of modem and password. I think it was accidentally cut off in the process….
