@Jagjeet11 I looked into Star track's website https://startrack.com.au/ <Track & Trace>, the modem left our depot last January 25, it was delivered to your house at January 31.
According to star track they received an instruction to leave the parcel in front of the house.
I have PM'd you the consignment or tracking number.
I know it's a long shot, but can you or have you checked with the others in your house hold or neighbours if any of them got the package?
