Did technician actually come?

Appointment this morning which I was around for. 4 hour window came and went. No technician. Email notification to say appointment rescheduled for another week, apparent reason being no one was on the premises. How can that be?The whole time I was lying on the lounge watching tv with full view out front, front door was open, car was in the drive. No text message, nothing left in letterbox. Very disappointed! I am very suspicious that technician made up reason, why I do not know.

I apologise for such inconvenience, I was able to locate your account using your community details. I've seen that you have been in contact with one of our Provisioning Case Manager and advised about the new schedule, Thursday, 20 December 2018, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
