Im wanting to disconnect my service I've been a customer for 12 months or more and the last 8 months my nbn hasn't worked I've rung numerous times I've had to buy modem boosters which still didn't work I've been paying $69.99 a month for nothing im a pensioner I can't afford to throw away money you won't give me any sort of refund so I'm going elsewhere I rang to disconnect the service and yet you tried to take another $69.99 om ready to go to the ombudsman I've had enough!
