Get online support
We have had constant dropouts for months now. NBN technicians have been 3 times and cannot find any issues and said there is no more they can do. I am now waiting for TPG to take ownership of this and get to the bottom of it. The communication from TPG has been excellent but there becomes a point where you need resolution. Our Internet Connection Monitor has detected in about 3 hours - 91 drop outs! Will changing ISP fix this? Has anyone else had this problem with successful resolution?
