I've been getting continual dropouts on my Internet service for over 3 weeks. Varying times but anything from 1 to 15 minutes. It's become so unrelaibel I've had to tether my phone to watch any internet based service like netflix.
I went into my TPG account and had ton reset my password as I'd forgotten it. Do I need to update the router password as well as it's the same account the router uses to login? Anyway, I've done that as I couldn't connect, not even for 1 minute. Didn't change anything - still can't connect. Please help.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and learned that you've been in touch with our Tech team.
The case has been raised to our Engineering team and the diagnostics did not show any fault within the network.
The modem/router shows that it's been stable as well. Let us know if you need further assistance.
