For the last test, you'll see that the telephone cable is connected to the DSL port on the back of the TPG modem, can you disconnect it and connect it to the LAN 1 port?
Leave it connected to the LAN1 while we run the test. Let us know once done. Thank you.

We can confirm that there's a possible cut within the NBN network.
Please reconnect everything back the way it was and will escalate the case to our Engineering team for further investigation.
