FTTC NBN NCD connected but no contact from TPG

I have connected NCD and all four blue lights have been on since 10pm last night but no confirmation from TPG to confirm connection. I’m using Draytek Vigor 2680 router, which I’ve confirmed is NBN compatible and all lights are on look good. My phone line is also down and I’m waiting for phone to be ported over. I work from home so I need internet connection ASAP. TPG, pls respond!

I was able to get through to TPG customer service and a manager helped me connect to internet using TPG issued modem.  Just waiting for phone line to port after installation is finalised on TPG's end.

The Home Phone Number porting normally takes 1-5 working days from the time the service was activated.
