FTTC area to FTTN area

Hi, I will be moving from an FTTC area to an FTTN area in a few months. I know I won't need an NBN box, but do I need to change the router configuration for this? The router I'm using is a pre-configured one that I purchased from TPG.

Hi @adslwhii2 ,

Have you contacted our Moving Home Team to arrange the relocation? If not yet, could you shoot us a PM with your details.

How to send a PM?

What modem/router do you have with you? If its the TP-Link VR1600 it should work too.

Please see the article below for reference.

Thanks, I have not contacted your Moving Home Team yet but will do.

I am using AX-1500 you provided. Should it work once moving?

Hi @adslwhii2

It should work as long as you changed the configuration as you are going to use the DSL/VDSL port rather than the WAN port.
