My NBN plan is NBN FTTC SL Bundle Fast.
I spilled a little bit water over FTTC. Since then, there is no light on LAN and DSL which are used to has flash on FTTC modem? I can't access to internet.
Can i get a techical service for it?

I did run remote tests and was not able to detect any signal as well. Could you please clarify which device was afftected? Was it the NCD or the TP Link modem?
I have raised the issue to our Engineering team for assessment. They should be in touch within the next 24hrs either via phone call or SMS and you can provide them more info what happened with the equipment.
