FTTP upgrade

Just got a letter from nbn that my adress is eligible for upgrade to FTTP but when I tried to change my plan that option doesn't exist. After quick search Optus offers it tho if I type in my adress and speeds up to 10x faster than I am getting at the moment. I am a little bit confused about this.
