Get online support
We had no internet for roughly 3 hours this morning.We are on fixed wireless.Outage from approx 630AM to 930AM today.
Our house is approx 1-2 KM from tower.
We tried turning off and on our modem and our router but no change.
3 hours later sprung back into life.
This has been going on for months now.
Please help us.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having difficulties with your internet connection. I pulled up your account using your community details in order for to check what's affecting your service.
After my initial findings, I have escalated the case to our Engineering Team. I have a requested for them to contact you before 5:30PM VIC today using home phone number to provide you an update.
