How long I should wait until my internet connection is up?

Hi, I received the modem VX220-G2V (provided by TPG) last Saturday and did the setup as mentioned in here: https://community.tpg.com.au/t5/Modems-and-Devices/Setup-and-Configuration-for-TP-Link-VX220-G2V-mod... 

 

- Power On the Modem

- Connect WAN port to UNI-D1

 

My connection is still not up until now, already wait more than 24 hours. Can you please help? Do I need to setup something in my modem.

Hi, it's solved now after my account got removed from the delivery list and I got the email notification that my service is active.

Hi @wisnuindrajit

 

For new services, you should receive an email advising that the service is active. Then, you can proceed in setting up your modem. 

 

Otherwise, send us a PM for further assistance.
