Get online support

I have been on hold to you for 3 hours. My internet light on my modem won’t turn on

I have turned devices on and off. Checked cables. Tried any other phone outlets. Tried resetting and even tried accessing the admin of the modem and entering my account details and nothing has worked. I have been attempting to get my internet resolved with you for 2 weeks and am incredibly disappointed by the terrible customer service I have received. I have now paid for 2weeks of internet that I have not received.
