I received the NBN equipment about a week ago which has not worked since. I have noticed my home phone still works and can make calls. Can this be updated on my file as i have a technician booked to assist with the installation.

An appointment has been booked Monday, 02 November 2020 between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Please ensure that you or someone of legal is present during the visit. 

 

The homephone may stil work until the installation of your NBN service is successful.
